Calgary loves its coffee. Whether you're looking for a quick pick-me-up; a place to sit, relax and let the ideas percolate; or you want a steady supply of freshly-roasted beans sent directly to your home or business -- here are some of Calgary's best coffee shops.
Monogram Coffee
Monogram Coffee has been catering to Calgarians since their original Altadore cafe (4814 16 Street SW) opened in 2014. They now have additional locations at Fifth Avenue Place (420 2nd Street SW) and Britannia (800 49th Ave SW). If you don't feel like leaving the comfort of home, Monogram will send it's top-notch java directly to you. You can choose a one-off order of their whole bean coffee and have it shipped to you, or sign up for their subscription service. Simply select your favourite type of coffee, the number of bags (340 grams unless otherwise stated), and the frequency of delivery. Their roastery team will curate a coffee selection to share with you.
Analog Coffee
The three brothers behind Analog Coffee grew up in the coffee industry, learning from their father. They began in the espresso machine business back in the 90s and opened their first shop at the Calgary Farmers' Market in 2011. They have since expanded across the city. You can order their exception coffee and receive free shipping on orders over $30, or join their subscription service.
Little Henry
Little Henry (1209 1 Street SW) is located next door to its big sister eatery, the plant-based cafe Ten Foot Henry. Stop by for a cup of organic, fair-trade coffee and some grab-and-go treats. Open from 8am to 4pm.
Deville
With several locations across Calgary to serve you, Deville is becoming the talk of the town. They also do great breakfasts and sandwiches!
We hope this list of some of Calgary's best coffee shops helps open up your eyes to the great options that surround you.
