Oyster Festival in Halifax
If you want to experience a raw bar like never before, you have to check out Oyster Festival in Halifax. This two-day event kicks off on Friday, October 4th at the Halifax Waterfront. Over 50,000 oysters from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI will be devoured. This is a great place to learn about (and meet) oyster farmers and their families, eat great food and socialize. There will also be wine, spirits and beer for you to enjoy!
Fall Okanagan Wine Festival
Plan a trip to the Okanagan Valley this fall and experience one of the most incredible wine festivals in Canada. Aside from high-quality wines and food, the Fall Okanagan Wine Festival is located in the most scenic place, surrounded by mountains and lakes. You can do a vineyard tour, dine on a waterfront patio and learn about food and wine pairings. The festival is on from October 3rd to 13th.
