Basically all you need is a fake skull (with a removable calvarium), a wet floral foam block, pruning shears, a knife, a large Ziploc bag, and a variety of fresh flowers. It’s easier than it looks to assemble, totally easy to personalize with your favourite flowers, and will certainly get a lot of attention if you host a Halloween dinner party.
