Summer is in full swing and it's time to fire up the grill! Whether it’s steak, sausage, veggies, or kabobs, there’s barely a food item on earth that doesn’t taste better grilled. For some sun-filled barbeque fun, Hazelview brings you this list of great grilling recipes to help make the most of summer.
Grilled Snapper
Grilled and/or blackened red snapper is a succulent Cajun-style main. While often fried in a cast iron skillet, it grills even better. The recipe involves a basic pepper, salt, and cajun spice rub, and calls for the grill to be as hot as possible so the fish cooks quickly, and blackens on each side. Top with grilled veg, asparagus, or vinaigrette salad. Check out more.
Perfect Steak
There’s little better than a perfectly cooked steak in summer. While opinions vary on cooking methods, this approach makes it quick and easy. Allow the steak to rise to room temperature after you take it out of the fridge. Bring your grill to high heat, rub your meat with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and cook for 6 minutes (medium-rare) flipping every minute. Let it rest for 2 minutes. Read more.

With all the beans and chopped veg, there’s not a lot in there that can hold those suckers together. But with this base of rice, beans, and avocado oil, we have the perfect grillable answer.
