Hand Print Christmas Tree
This fun and easy DIY handprint Christmas tree is a great way to get the whole family involved and literally personalize your family tree. For this project you will need a blank canvas, some (non-toxic) acrylic paint, foam brushes, and eager hands. Start by drawing the brown tree stump on the canvas and then fill out the tree with different handprints. Repeat until you have a tree shaped pattern for a beautiful one-of-a-kind Christmas painting. Michaels craft store is the perfect place for all of your DIY project needs, and is less than 2 kilometres away from our Barkley Towers apartments in Burlington.

It is a perfect little gift for teachers, party hosts, and anyone else who deserves a little holiday pick-me-up. This craft is also very affordable to make, and only costs about $1 per jar. Simply layer your favourite snacks in the pattern you desire inside of a Mason jar. Once you are finished, tie a piece of ribbon around the lid, decorate as you like, and secure. Some ideas for your jar filling include holiday M&M’s, trail mix, dried fruit, chocolate chips, etc. For endless treat options, head on out to Bulk Barn, located 10 minutes away from our community at 955 Warwick Avenue.
