On December 5th, 2013, FRPO (Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario) held its 13th annual MAC (Marketing, Achievement and Constructions) Awards Gala where over 800 rental housing providers gathered together to recognize excellence in the residential rental housing industry. FRPO is the largest association in Ontario representing those who own and manage residential rental properties.
Hazelview Properties is thrilled to receive an award for Advertisement Excellence in a Single Campaign for Metropolitan Apartments, located at 2837 Yonge Street in Toronto. This campaign deployed a 360-degree marketing strategy which included: a branded microsite, print ads, online banner ads, blog articles, Search Engine Marketing as well as new on-site signage. Honourable mention also goes to Hazelview’s nomination for their lobby renovation at the same property.
